Payment Plan
Once we receive your registration and retainer fee we will contact you to set up your automatic monthly payment plan as agreed on by both parties. If you fail to make all of your payments on time on the first of each month you will forfeit your retainer and all payments made. You will have a 15 day grace period and final notice before we do so. Bottom line, we DON'T want to keep your money, we want you to attend and fill up this workshop so we don't hove to fill it twice because of dropouts.
Cancellation policy

COVID Restrictions
Attendees should be prepared to be flexible during the trip as restrictions and policies may change during travel. We will follow all state, local, and territorial travel restrictions. Please check airline requirements for any health information, testing or other documentation required.
If you are not fully vaccinated prior to travel we request the following:
-Get a PCR test 2 days before your trip and provide documentation
-Wear a mask over your nose and mouth.
-Avoid crowds and stay at least 6 feet/2 meters (about 2 arm lengths) from anyone who is not traveling with you.
After travel, we recommend that all attendees get a PCR test. If you do not get a test, it is recommended that you self-quarantine for 7-10 days.
Travel Changes due to COVID
If the workshop has been impacted further by COVID, we offer the following options:
1) We will offer an alternate date and transfer all monies paid to the new date
2) We will offer an alternative workshop location and transfer all monies to this new date and location.
3) The workshop seat is transferable (but non-refundable after August 1, 2023). You can sell your seat to another attendee (see option 1 or 2).
